Your membership grants you access to a course where the classes will take place. It's very similar to Zoom but remains on the course platform for easy access to replays/archives. You simply click the link for live sessions in the course and you will be taken to the class. You will also be notified when a class goes live and when the replay is available.

You have access to the materials for as long as you are a member in good standing. Should you choose to cancel your membership you will lose access to all the course materials.

These health challenges can take as little as 10 minutes per day but the consistency creates lifelong changes both on and off the courts.
